Description
I was on vacation at Lake Powell when I awoke before sunrise to go take landscape photographs; walking up the beech in near darkness in my bare feet I lugged my tripod and camera bag being carful not to step on anything that can penetrate the flesh of my feet. I set up my tripod and started shooting my landscape photos and after the sun rose over the horizon I looked down to find that I had walked be an old fire pit and left these footprints in the sand with the sun casting a low shadow and illuminating the pit and my footprints.
